Eligibility & Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Important Notes

Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address by visiting their nearest courier service. Return courier charges will be borne by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the exchange or refund process as per your request.
